What we want to do now is design the customer experience flow for each of our audience segments. How do we want to guide these prospects through the different pages of the site that are relevant to their needs, ultimately getting them to sign up for a free trial or request a demo? We can start by identifying which pages are applicable to each of our personas. For HR prospects, that includes the knowledge base and chatbot pages (HR personas tend to be less interested in the ticketing tool), the HR use case page, the HR case study, and any blog posts written for an HR audience. We’ll highlight the pages that apply to the journey of an HR prospect on our map: Now, we can pull those pages to create a separate mind map that represents the ideal journey through our website for HR prospects. Essentially, we need to figure out which pages people from that audience segment are most likely to click on after landing on our homepage. From there, we can make UX decisions. Let’s say that this prospect is most likely to click on one of three pages: the knowledge base product page, the chatbot product page, or the HR use case page. We can then decide what other pages that those three pages need to link to in order to guide those prospects through the educational portion of their buying journeys. Mind mapping these potential journeys lets us see what links and CTAs we need to design for those pages. For example, we can see from the mind map above that the HR use case page needs to have links that point to the knowledge base and chatbot product pages, the HR case study, the tour page, and a blog post about the benefits of the tool for HR. We can use this information to design those pages, ensuring that we include the information and CTAs on each that will move this persona deeper into the purchasing funnel. Though two differing cultures may use the same style of child rearing methods, their results may differ. The results are dependent on other factors such as the â€Å"psychosocial environmental structure, socioeconomic factors, and population factors† (Raj Raval, 2013, p. 168, para. 2). Parenting is influenced by culture in both Western and non-Western societies (Mothander Wang, 2014). While one parenting style may be appropriate for the culture of the Western society, it may not be an effective parenting style within the Asian culture. â€Å"Parenting styles and behaviors are means through which parents socialize their children to function competently in their community, and an authoritarian parenting style may serve different functions in collectivist and individualist cultures† compared to that of the United States (Raj Raval, 2013, p. 170, para. 1). I will be comparing parental socialization approaches in two major non-Western countries, India and China, and the methods used by each culture to secure a successful future for their children. Child rearing practices have been categorized into four styles: authoritarian, authoritative, permissive, and uninvolved (Schnell, n.d.). It was a time period of prosperity for many European countries especially Italy. Throughout the book it shows how the founding fathers argued and had different opinions on several subjects. The main fathers were John Adams, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, and several other important figures that helped piece together the United States government. Each chapter depicts how so many things sculpted our nation into the government we have today. Even though there were several founding fathers that helped, there were many disagreements and problems along the way. Ellis explains how the start of our nation took countless hours which needed patient minds and how everyone needed to be on the same page and work together in order for everything to work out. Joseph Ellis explains what exactly happened in the events that happened and what he thought about the outcome of each situation. The most enjoyable chapter in Founding Brothers was Chapter 1 or The Duel. This chapter was extremely interesting because it had to do with the fighting of two major politicians, Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton. The two fought in a one-on-one combat in which each person exchanges a pistol shot at ten paces or a code duello. These two were always rivals and therefore decided to duel. One of the stories of this situation is that Hamilton had fired at Burr first but had missed. Then Burr shot Hamilton and injured him with the bullet. Hamilton then said to his colleague, with his intention to never shoot at Burr at all. There are so many sides and versions to this story that historians may never find out the truth.
